The incorporation of a company in Mexico requires hiring a Notary Public, who is also a full fledged lawyer and who prepares the articles of incorporation & bylaws of the new company which is called a “Sociedad Anonima de Capital Variable (S.A de C.V.)” which is the counterpart of an LLC companay in the US.
The process takes 15 to 20 days & once approved (accepted by you), the notary is also responsible for the registration of the new company in the “Registro Publico de la Propiedad y Comercio” (Public Registry of Commerce and Property). Once the registration is complete, the new company can proceed to satisfy tax & other requirements which will then permit the performance of commercial operations.
It will be part of our duty to find you a good Notary Public to begin the process of incorporation of your new company and expedite your Startup in Mexico!
